Danielle M. Woods is a Tennessee-licensed lawyer and owner of the Woods Law Firm, PLLC.

 

Danielle focuses her legal practice on estate administration, estate planning, conservatorship, guardianship, and personal litigation related to those areas.  She is frequently appointed as Guardian ad Litem and Attorney ad Litem in probate matters.

Danielle is a member of the Memphis Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association. She is the 2023 President of the Memphis Bar Association's Probate & Estate Planning Section. Danielle also serves on the Local Rules Committee for the Probate Court of Shelby County.

Danielle has been recognized as a 2022 Champion of Justice by the Memphis Bar Association and the 2020 New Advocate of the Year by Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services. Danielle is the President of the Community Legal Center's Board of Directors and a board member of the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law's Alumni Association.
