Danielle M. Woods
Danielle M. Woods is a Tennessee-licensed lawyer and owner of the Woods Law Firm, PLLC.
Danielle focuses her legal practice on estate administration, estate planning, conservatorship, guardianship, and personal litigation related to those areas. She is frequently appointed as Guardian ad Litem and Attorney ad Litem in probate matters.

Danielle is a member of the Memphis Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association. She is the 2023 President of the Memphis Bar Association's Probate & Estate Planning Section. Danielle also serves on the Local Rules Committee for the Probate Court of Shelby County.

Danielle has received numerous awards and honors for her commitment to the profession and community. Danielle was recognized as the 2023 Sam A. Myar, Jr. Memorial Award recipient, 2022 Champion of Justice by the Memphis Bar Association, and 2020 New Advocate of the Year by the Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services. Danielle is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association's Leadership Law Class of 2024.
Danielle is the President of the Community Legal Center's Board of Directors and a board member of the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law's Alumni Association.
